You can either text (201)425-0615 or Call (206) 246-7700 for an appointment or drop by with your furry friend for a meet and greet! We will ask pertinent questions to book you with the correct groomer for you, as well as request a $50 deposit at that time, which will be applied to your first appointment.
You can also fill out the client intake form before calling to create a profile in our system!
Our groomers have years of experience and training through a variety of situations and coat-types. We believe in continued education and high-quality grooms within your animal’s tolerance level.
We cannot guarantee full grooms on first appointments, especially for puppies or seniors.
Our policy on late arrivals is 15 minutes. We appreciate you arriving on time to your booked appointment so that our groomers do not run behind. We try our best to accomodate lateness, however we might have to charge a late fee and reduce a full grooming to a face, feet, fanny service or just a bath.
If you are running late, we much appreciate a phone call or a text letting us know so we can plan and communicate accordingly.
